About Asha Welfare Foundation

Asha Welfare Foundation is an NGO dedicated to empowering women and children through education support, safety awareness, and community outreach.

Who We Are

We believe that every child deserves the chance to learn, and every woman deserves dignity, safety, and self-confidence. Our programs are built around compassion and practical support.

Our Approach

We work through on-ground sessions, learning drives, and community-focused activities - partnering with local stakeholders to reach families where they need help the most.

Focus Areas

  • Women education and empowerment initiatives
  • Safety tips and awareness for girls and families
  • Child learning support through community outreach
  • Seasonal essentials distribution for vulnerable groups
  • Elderly support activities and welfare outreach
  • Livelihood support through Kutir Udyog and skill-building efforts

How You Can Help

Whether you volunteer, sponsor a session, or share our updates, your support helps us reach more beneficiaries with meaningful and sustainable impact.

What Makes Us Different

We keep our work simple, respectful, and community-first. Programs are delivered in a way that is easy to understand and practical to apply in daily life.

  • Clear communication and consistent sessions
  • Focus on confidence and dignity (especially for women and girls)
  • Activities documented through events and gallery updates

We aim for sustainable impact by working with local networks and by encouraging families to take part in the learning journey.

  • Community involvement and volunteer participation
  • Awareness-led approach, not only one-time support
  • Support during seasonal needs and emergencies

Recent Milestones

  • Independence Day celebration with children's cultural performances, flag hoisting, and distribution of medals, gifts, and food support.
  • Teacher's Day education support drive for children in Samodripur with notebooks, stationery, colors, and study-help materials.
  • Launch of Asha Masala under Kutir Udyog to promote home-processed products and expand women-led livelihood opportunities.
